Plugin that allows you to buy a region but someone else can also buy it

    I need a plugin that when you hit a button or a sign you buy a region, but I want to make it so other people can also buy entry to that region.

    You can use buyregion, a player buys a region and after they don't pay the amount they were supposed to pay, the region is once again for sale and someone else buy it.
