Plugin Dev build progress

Hello. I have a question. How do you set up a development progress site. Where you could release builds almost like this http://dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/list/beta/ is there a website for this or do i have to just make builds till i get a stable and then post it on dev bukkt? I saw that some plugins had this and im just curios. Any help wouls be greatly appreciated
