Players being auto kicked for no reason

hello, i am running a server and when some people join they get kicked with a message saying "bye bye ", ive banned the people, un ip banned but they still get auto kicked, in console it says

player joined with entity at world

but it says its not kicking them, the serer still thinks that they are online
