Player-managed area protection tool

    I'm looking for a mod that would enable players to register small areas. After registering an area only the owner would have build rights in it.

    Also there should be an option to give rights to some specific players. The owner should also be able to completely change the ownership.

    Additionally I need some limits so the players can't just register the whole world.
