Placing restriction

Minecraft version: Spigot 1.12.1

Suggested name: Placement Restriction

What I want:
The config will look like this, and you will be able to edit the conf:

1-2
10-12
52:50-8
The first number means the type of block. The second means how far it has to be placed from another one of the same block. In the above example, you cannot place a creeper within 8 blocks of another. To do so would give you the message "&b%block% &ccannot be placed within &b%distance% blocks &cof itself"

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No perms needed

I am a little bit curios. This is not the first plugin request you have made recently. Are that just funny ideas you are having or do you really use those plugins?
