Plugin Request PigZombie Fix

Suggested name: PigmenAgressionFix

What I want: First explain the problem: When a pigmen is hit by a ghast or blaze or any mob then they will turn aggresive towards the player that is fighting this mob. On my server all the pigmen are just becoming aggresive and killing the players.
To fix this you could make a plugin that loops every 5-10 minutes and selects all pigmen and sets them to non-aggresive.
It will have to work even if the entities in the map aren't loaded. So for example my players are scared and nobody is in the nether then it will still have to make all the pigmen non aggresive otherwise it's pretty much useless.
Also I am using a 1.8 server.
