Physics stopped after upgrading to Java 1.6.0_23 (youtube included)

Hi again. I just upgraded the java version in this post: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/my...n-1-hr-and-12-hrs-of-running.3239/#post-39083

Now, Physics stopped.

I heard from people buttons stopped working and you can see in this video that something is up. I restarted the server and physics are back, but I thought I'd make this post.
Oh yeah, and nothing out of the ordinary seemed to show in the log between the start of the server and the stop.
