PEX and custom Permission plugin connector.

What I want: So let me first explain u what I really mean by custom permission connector. I have a plugin that has a permission system that I use that's really hardcoded and can't be removed from the source code without fucking something up. So I'm using PermissionsEX along with side custom permission system. That custom permission system doesn't support bungee, vault or basically anything and I'm planning to do a bungee server so what I want exactly? I'd like to find a very nice person that'd like to make me command /setrank <player> <rank>. You see I changed groups on both permission plugins to be the same, but permissionsex use different command /pex user <player> group add <rank>
So I'm kinda confused how to connect those two? I'm sure it's easy for some of u but well not for me :'D

Ideas for commands:
/setrank <player> <rank>

Ideas for permissions: PEXConnect.setrank

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible.

I'm not sure if there are any plugins like this on the net. So I'm asking u nice people of bukkit to code one for me if you want, I rly need it for my network.
