Solved PermissionsEx Problem D:

Hi everyone, i have setup permissions on multiple servers for myself, and every time it has gone smoothly. Except this time. Whenever i go in game (after setting up the permissions.yml), and try to type in "/pex" or "/promote" it doesn't show anything at all, no error messages or anything. Also whenever i type /pl or /plugins, all my plugins are green except PermissionsEx. Does anyone know whats wrong? I also used http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/ to parse my file, and it was fine.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I planned on getting my server running by tomorrow and this has set me back a lot :/
