Solved PermissionsEX issues.

I was using PermissionsBukkit before, but it was causing some dumb problems. I realized px was the preferred plugin, so I switched to it.

I'm trying to get specific groups to have a prefix in the chat. I believe I set it properly, but there are no prefixes in game. Here's my config:

Sorry. I solved it. Turns out PX has a chat plugin i had disabled.
