   Snowhacker7 is there a stacktrace error? And maybe because some of your permissions out of place. Ive seen a group called mod+ with a admin permission btw.. And also try removing the + on some of the groups. Also Line: 43

   Snowhacker7 Which version of PermissionsEx are you using? The latest version (1.22) changed the formatting a little bit from how it used to be, moving the default: true and prefix lines into the options section.
   
   Could you paste your server's startup log? If PEX isn't working at all, it should show a reason in there when it tries to load.
