PermissionsEx Help! Prefixes not working! Please help!

So I have a huge problem. I go into my PEX permissions file to change a few things. Everything is fine, no tabs, correct indents, ect. But when I reload PEX, it tells me that the line prefix: 'PrefixHere'
is messed up for all of them. When I restart the server the file is unable to load. I've even restored to an older PEX file and it's doing the same thing. It's never done this before. I've even put it into a few YAML checkers (On is listed below) and they say the same thing: that all prefix lines are messed up. Please help me fast! I've included my PEX file below.

The pex file seems totally fine, at least the markup is correct (it passes a common YAML parser) and the prefix tags are in the right place. It was only to be expected that your file wouldn't pass the Essentials Team's YAML checker, as per default it checks for the GroupManager groups format, however yours is a PEX file.
Please post a server startup log on pastebin.com, where it shows the PEX error messages.
