PermissionsEX command issue

I'm having trouble with the permissions for Spigot default commands. For example, i can't give a player the complete /help command. I can only give players essential.help. I put bukkit.command.help and minecraft.command.help in the pEX permissions file but to no avail. I'm running out of hope because I also want Super-Admin's to have bukkit.command.reload. I'm running the latest version of everything.

Are you sure you're using the right permissions nodes? Here's a list of them:

If you are sure you are, then you need to show us your full server log, aswell as the permissions file.

From this paste (http://pastebin.com/hJcWpPU2) it appears that you don't have the help command added...

Try doing /pex group Player add bukkit.command.help and /pex group Player add minecraft.command.help in-game (or in console)

This should fix your problem... If not, then it probably means that Essentials is overriding the /help command.
You'll be able to view bukkit/minecraft help if you do /bukkit:help or /minecraft:help

An inconvenience, I know, but you can also try googling how to make essentials not override help (or possibly deactivate essentials help in the config)
