Per rank Inventory?

well, I need for my faction style server, a per rank inventory plugin, what it does is pretty simple, and I feel others could make decent game modes from.

1.) all items/blocks etc, you collect, in your chest/on you, and in your player slots even in your enderchest is stored on file somewhere.

2.) when you select another region/rank (Which will cost money to change) all items will vanish but still be on file, for in case you decide to buy back to the original rank.

pretty much the jist of it, when you switch ranks, you are unable to have the same inventory you had previously, unless you have the permission node which bypasses this change.
