Plugin Help People are able to break signs? through worldguard regions

I set up a global world guard region build deny breakblock deny but the use of signs was allowed however...seems people can break signs at will they cant break [disposal] they can break chest shop signs and other signs but obviously i dont want them to be able to break anything that isnt part of the mining process..

And for some reason while still having build: ALLOW and priority 2-5 they can suddenly not mine anymore -.-
