Party Lights

I was wondering if it's possible to make a block that lights on and off really fast, like a strobe light. Or, possibly colored lights that do the same?

 

No but there is a plugin called Rave Blox that changes the color of wool, like strobe lights.

 

there is a plugin that allows you to turn pumplin lamps on and off with redstone, try making a redstone repeater into one of those

 

Hmm, thanks for the input. I'll try your suggestions. I have the custom music plugin and when people approach my tree house I want them to think there is a party going on up there.

 

hm well, this plugin is called craftbook, you could also make bridges which open every X seconds with a glowstone over/under that bridge
