other players can't join my server on 1.4

hallo, i was hosting a server on a p4 1GB ram, it worked, it also worked when i was hosting the server on my "game" pc. since i updated (602, 617,627) no one is able to join, but i can play in lan.
in other post i read that the pc would suck with this error, but it ran on a p4, and now i use dual-core etc. online mode and offline mode are the same.When some1 joins, i can see them, in game and on server. port forwarding is ok and anti-virus shield turned off (avast)

Hey I have a Publicserver first I start it nothing happens but after 3-4 Times all Users kicked .
This is now only at the new version before that happened, everything went smoothly.
I use Bukkit 617

 

looks like an other problem, but the problem should be with me, because i can join my server when a friend is hosting it

 

Every that happend I must restart my Server

 

at least it works again after restart i have nothing yet
