open source plugin change

hi, i am looking for someone to change a plugin called askyblock

i am looking for someone to change it
first of all change the commands
from
/island -> /cell
/is -> /c
for example
/is tc
and i also want to change all of the guis (for example if somoene is opnening is top gui it will se cell top gui etc etc)
i dont mind about perms they can stay
is.something
