Filled Only Certain Users Can Use Certain Commands/Plugins?

I was thinking, is there any plugin or something that allows only certain users to use certain commands (yeah, long phrase)? For example, pretend I have lots of ops on my server, but I only want to be the only one to be able to use the plugin DisguiseCraft? Thank you for reading!

 

Use a permissions plugin instead of the default op/not_op

 

Permissions, there are many different plugins for this.

 

Never give people OP, they can destroy your whole server with just a type of a command. You want to get Groupmanager and set that up, then give them the ranking with the certain permissions you have added in that rank... Btw, I not giving every player OP, that's just...dangerous. I only give it to my friends. Anyway... thank you all for the responses!

 

Still I wouldn't even give Jesus OP, or my Wife. I would make them their own ranking, and limit them to commands.
