   so I have the plugins galistener and votifier, but whenever i do /vote, it says I have no permission!
   permission message: You do not have permission to execute this command!
   My console can do it, and when I join it does /vote for me, but I can't do it again!
   here are all of the plugins on my server if that helps:
   I know that this is because of my server since it works on my other server that doesn't have bungee and is bukkit, I even took out all of my plugins except galistener and votifer and it still said I have no permissions, please help!

   Bungeecord requires offline mode.
   Offline mode is not supported by Bukkit
