New to server hosting and plugins. Need Help.

Hello,I am very new to server hosting plugins and need someone who knows what to do to help me.
How to configure plugins,where to find the commands,I am totally confused.
For example I got spout for my server and downloaded the plugin "Death and Rebirth"
but have no idea how to get it to work.
I do know how it should work though because I been on a few servers with it.

I plan to buy a server myself but until I learn the kinks I have a crappy Hamachi server.
If anyone can help me,it would be wonderful.
Be warned I am 100% newb and can not figure out plugins.

I can not thank you enough if you help me out.

UPDATE: Found out a bit more about the plugin DethandRebirth and its commands on a Youtube video.
So,where does one find the commands for a plugin when they are know where to be found on the plugin's official thread?

I still need help,please reply if you can help me.
Answer a few questions,help test my crap hamachi server to get me used to commands and hosting a server.
