Nether problems! need help!

I have a problem on my server and it doesn't allow me to enter the nether using a nether portal i have to use another way to get there. In my server properties file i have nether set to true. someone please help!

That is my server.properties and ill try the multiverse nether portals plugin

Is the multiverse nether portals just a portal plugin cause i dont need that. I just want my players to be able to build their own nether portals

 

No multiverse portals is you can make portals to different worlds. And please post your multiverse-core config.yml.

 

Yes i know that is what it is used for I just want my players to be able to put some obsidian in the nether portal shape and light it up, that all and for some reason when you enter those portals it doesnt take you anywhere. I just need to fix that. Nemesis213 mentioned getting the multiverse nether portals plugin but that doesn tlook like it will work.

It;s my choice as of now i believe they can

 

Just a thought... I had a similar 'bug' once when using nether portal material for my portals... I had to change all my portals to use water instead so nether portals would work :/
