Negative Potion protection hat

Suggested name: Vampire sun protector hat

What I want: Greeting, Do you know the Vampire plugin from MassiveCore?

It happens that I think interesting to have a leather helmet that could, once on your head, undo the following potion effects
Nausea, Weakness, Slow, Blindness,

And could put you Fire Resistance

My idea come from there:

As you can see, are hats, block the sun's rays to burn the vampire

I think that simple to make, if you can not make it blocking effects in particular, you can block all of it

Ideas for commands: /Hat <Player> (Would give the hat)

Ideas for permissions: Hat.Access (Would allow the player to wear the hat) (optionnal)

When I'd like it by: Soon as possible, but no need to hurry.

Up, That would help a lot of my admins when they need to be in vanish, because if they are vampires, the particle are not hidden.
