Need very , very big help

Im new to the WebSend plugin i need big help with it beacause i dont understand a shit what they talk
in there ;S . So if someone has server with ranks like vip and admin , and is using fortumo can someone give me there config file of WebSend , i want that if a user sends an sms then websend will automaticaly
put that user into specific group . Pleas help ! If u have a server too , i can donate too keep up that good person . THX !
