need help with plugin.yml

    So I am trying to make a plugin and I keep getting this error in my console.

    Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?
    Here is my plugin.yml file

    And my eclipse project looks like this.

    @MattDlr plugin.yml needs to be inthe root of the project, so next to the src folder, not in it.
