Need help with MineWallet permissions.

I’m rather new to this whole permissions setup thing, and I’ve heard people say that don’t have the perms to use /money from MineWallet, I checked later and I found most commands from that plugin along with others from other plugins don’t work without op. I’m using Group Manager for plugin perms, and I’ve read countless guides on how to do it and I’m still lost on what to do to fix it, doesn anyone know what to do?
