Solved Need Help With Autobroadcasting

I have created a plugin that autobroadcasts a message, that bit works fine but i have a problem i want to have 2 lines above and below my text like this

But It wont Work All it comes up With is the lines like this ----------- Does anyone know how to make the straight lines
