Need help finding a plugin.

    I have done some browsing and I can't find the right plugin for what I'm looking for .
    In my server I have player owned shops . The shops have to be 5x5 and they are like booths.
    I want to get a plugin that allows me the Owner of the server to make it so they can build in that 5x5 region , and that region is in safezone so noone can build/destroy outside thier owned plots.
    If so , please recommend me to some plugins that do just that.

    And then a shop plugin or i think you mean the display shop plugin (something like that) wich is a half slab that displays the item.
