Need help doing a mass Chest and other bocks wipe!

Hello, I need someone to direct me to a plugin that can wipe all the inventory or just all the chests from a map.
It would be also nice, if I could remove things like diamond blocks and other non natural blocks.

I need this for my server, we just started, and for the first few weeks we build the towns and such. But now that we are ready to open, I need to be able to wipe all the chests and precious blocks.

I am also placing this in the Plugin suggestion area.

P.S: It would be great if it also worked with stuff like despencers and Minecart Chests! Thanks!
