need a plugin to be made,

hey guys, i am making a new minigame/server and i need a plugin to be made for it.
i need a plugin that if you throw enderpearls at someone, it give knockback to the player you hit, and you still get teleported. and where the enderpearl hits there it makes a fireworks effect (burst, darkblue)

And when a player throws it and hits a player or the ground, then the player gets it back.
the name of the item when in hand, must be: SunsetBall

I hope someone can make this for me, cus i really need it for my server.

Didn't he just ask for the ender pearl feature? Why'd you put all that arena stuff in there?

 

yeah i didnt ask for the arena, but it is going to be a arena plugin XD so i can live with that i want a command, /SunsetBall that gives you the ball, and every no op player need to be able to use it

 

OK i've realised what i did wrong - i forgot @EventHandler
