   I need a plugin for promoting users like /promote username
   I know permissions has promotion commands built in but those are a bit complex, and PermissionsPlus isn't updated so I was wondering if anyone had any alternatives that would work with Permissions 3.1 I believe I have.

   I don't think I understand. You have permissions but you don't want to use the built in commands?
