Natural Disaster Plugin

I'm looking for a good natural disaster plugin. A lot of you might request the plugin "Storm", but I have already tried this one and have moved on because it is too buggy and half of the commands and storms don't work.

The Plugin that I am looking for is one that adds every natural disaster, without modding the server.
Here are some features for the plugin:
- WildFires (A fire that randomly starts in a forest biome)
- Meteors (A trail of very powerful explosions that come from the sky and go to bedrock level)
- Dust Storms (A storm of particles, particularly in deserts, that destroys crops)
- Blizzards (The players are given a blindness effect when they are in a snow biome and it is snowing)
- Tornadoes (Swirling particles that tear a path through the landscape that use enderdragon block damage to break houses.
- Hurricane (One - Four Tornadoes that appear on an ocean)
- Earthquake (Applies slowness and speed to the player to simulate shaking and creates a ravine in the ground.

Skionz TheCwispyOne The reason that I haven't reported this to the mod author is because he hasn't been online in like 2 months, so I didn't even try.

Ok, now back on topic. I need a plugin to replace Storm that actually works.
