MySQL - Advice

Hey,

So, I figured out how to start a MySQL server on my machine. I used mysql workbench to view the data...although I will admit I'm a little lost. (Use phpMyAdmin to view data?)

I heard that using mysql is more 'powerful', but I will admit I don't have the time to be a knowledgeable administrator of this database. The nice thing about h2 was that I didn't even have to know how it worked, but it did its job in the background.

So: Should I use MySQL even though I don't know much about it...or should I just stick with H2/sqllite?
