My textures wont work

    Every time I load in the texture pack for my Minecraft server is says it downloaded but no textures change. I used DropBox and MediaFire but none of them worked. The textures stay the normal minecraft textures which is not what i want. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix. Its a Server Texture pack BTW.
