Problem/Bug My Server Port Is Closed

    I created a Server and I disabled kaspersky my ani-virus program and allowed minecraft and java through my firewall, I then portforward my server and changed the ip to a static one, I have a Asus RT-N66R router and when I went on many port checkers all of them said my port is closed, I portfowarded it to 25565 and my minecraft sever to my now static ip, I can only join from my private ip not my public ip and I had my server running while I checked if my server ports where open can someone please help me

    @GoldenTiger101, can you take a screenshot of the router's port forwarding table and post it here?
