"MY HUNGER GAMES" plugin HELP!

hello
i am uising the "myhungergames" plugin. everytning seems to work fine so far exept, the most
important thing
players cant kill each other when the game starts...is it because they are in the same factions ? or were do i adit/change settings so they can kill eachother when game starts (after countdown).

Im using bukkit server and have one server with four worlds one of them is a hunger games world...so please hekp me!
