   My friend can't connect to my Minecraft Server. The server is a bukkit server. All my other friends can connect to it. The server is port-forwarded using nGrok. My friend has tried disabling his firewall, reinstalling Minecraft, running it as an administrator, but he still can't connect. Any ideas?
