Multiworld - IP Support - Connect to world based on IP

I've been running two seperate servers for a long time on my old hardware. Doing some testing, i realized that its MUCH more resource friendly to run ONE server, with two worlds.

So, my question is this, is it possible for a plugin to direct you to a world, based on the IP you're connecting to?

68.68.201.210 => creative
68.68.201.211 => survival

? Im setting up Multiverse, and going to make some travel temples for world travel, but would love this ability, as it would make things SO MUCH more simple for me.
