So I made a world using Muti-verse and it's called Factions and I'm trying to figure where the permissions and group.yml for that world is. I want to edit the permissions and make different groups/ranks from my original world.
What do you exactly want to permit/deny? You could create the folder plugins/GroupManager/worlds/<worldname> by copying GM's 'world' folder
you need to unmirror your worlds in the groupmanager config.yml, not create a world folder for it, as it will be ignored simply. read http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/Group_Manager/Config#Mirroring
