Problem/Bug Mobs wont spawn!

    I cant spawn mobs with spawn eggs! Here are the plugins

    When ever I try to spawn a mob I get this message: Spawning 0 (ID 0)

    I am using:

    @Codabear123 Open your <server directory>/logs/latest.log
    Copy the full content.
    Put that in pastebin
    Post the link of the created pastebin here.

    Hmm, I cant open it and when I try to download it, it says the folder is empty! Sorry :/ I am really new to servers

    Logs tell us generally everything that we need to know.

    @Codabear123 Please clean up your plugin jars, you have multiple plugins with double jars.
    ItemEffects is broken, which is causing the entire log to fill up.
    Do you have any idea which plugins could affect spawning?

    Ok, I cleaned up the plugins, and I dont know what could affect mob spawning :/

    @Codabear123 Not Essentials as far as I know (based on colors used)
    You need to disable plugins till it spawns again, or the message doesn't show up anymore. My suggestion is starting with SlimeMobs and CustomBosses

    Ok, the message is no longer showing up because I took out silk spawners, but mobs still wont spawn :( Any other ideas?

    @Codabear123 What is the difficulty setting? Maybe a worldguard flag?

    Difficulty is hard and I changed Worldguard to flag spawn to spawn mobs, I am looking at all the plugins right now
