   Just edit bukkit.yml:
   
   ticks-per:
   animal-spawns: 20
   monster-spawns: 20
   
   This will have all spawners attempt to spawn mobs every *blank* ticks

   Nah I edited it, I wanted a plugin to edit mob spawn rates per mob spawner, because I couldn't figure out how to change it in bukkit.yml.
   
   Didn't change the TiTLe thing sorry!
