Problem/Bug Minecraft GaListner plugin problem

I got a problem with my voting listener ive updated all the messages and now it doesnt work anymore for some reason like the messages wont pop up on joining or when you use /vote

Use a YAML Validator. It helps, just google to find one. It looks like on line 89, column 5, there is an additional '. Remove it and you should be good.

 

It didnt work still nothing shows up on joining or when using commands like /vote
