   1) I once saw a plugin that limited how often someone could log out and in during a set amount of time....you know those annoying people that log in and out every 30 seconds.....grrrrr
   
   2) a plugin that allows you to register on a website and it would authenticate you on the minecraft server at the same time
   
   I know ive seen both but I can't find them anymore

   Thats for logging griefing.
   
   and for the second part you can log onto many server sites. just type in goolge minecraft servers and register on one.
