Looking for the most custimizable npc plugin

    I search NPC for plugins and it gets burried under so much I can't tell them apart except npc warehouse and citizens in witch npc warehouse shouldnt even be available at all since it has terrible command bugs and the creator won't fix it so I would like a list of npc plugins that are fully compatible and customizable other then citizens

    It does I just felt like something new,but judgeing by the views and no responses I guess citizens is all there is at the moment
