   Hello,
   I'm after a few plugins for my server and was winding if you guys could help me in finding/making me some of the ones I'm after.
   
   I want to get
   ~ Titles
   Players can do /title or similar to open a Gui, can change/add titles and set perms,
   
   ~ Particles
   A command to show a list or better a gui of the partials, be able to set perms.
   
   ~ Pets
   A plugin the adds mob skulls or similar that when in your inventory give an effect (similar To treasurewars.net)

   Not sure what you mean by the first one, but the second you could use TrailGUI: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/trailgui.1091/
   
   and the third, the most common is EchoPet: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/echopet/
