Plugin Help Looking For Small Plugins That Add Detail & Are Fun :)

    Hey there! I have a server through MCProHosting that is 1.7.9 RO.3 Bukkit. I need help finding plugins that arent beefy, yet add fun effects and things to a server. Not looking for mini games, just plugins that would add detail.

    Examples:
    Place Particles?
    Turn On Lights Without Power
    Portals? Warp through something?

    I dont know, really any little fun pluggins would be great. Thank you ;)

    mv portals(lets you create portals to other worlds)
