Looking for server console

I am running my severs currently of a owned licence on multi-craft it is only supporting 5 server and i need more so i am looking for a free alternative for my dedicated box something that is web assess able and user friendly would be best my box runs on windows and i don't really want to change to a Linux based platform because i like the remote desktop that windows provides
