Looking For Plugin Dev For Server

Hey guys, im looking for a plugin dev to help out with my server. Most things would be helping design and configure plugins for the server, but I also need some help making custom plugins to better my server. Pay would probably come, but I can not guarantee this as it is dependent on server donations. Hopefully you guys can give me a hand.
