Looking for few plugins and comments

OK first I making role play server to play with my friends so I need few plugins,
I downloaded mode for shop in the chat I think it's "betterShop" and there is no items on the shop so looking for comment to add on the notepad++ file that give price for any item in minecraft.
This is what I need about the first plugin.
and about another plugin that I looking for is plugin that give the members access to build only on the area that they buy.

And for another plugin,
Any player have job so for example I'll give the wood cutter, want to do that he is the only one that can cut down tree
And the miner will be the only one that can mine and the same about all the jobs, but about the builder I want that he have access to build any were but no normal people can build only in this house/shop area.
This is all for now but I guess that I will ask for more plugins.
