LogBlock Error while starting Server

I get an annoying error, so that LogBlock 1.50 cant be enabled on our Server.
I downloaded the newest (1.50) LogBlock.jar from the original side at http://diddiz.insane-architects.net/logblock.php.
Our server run at Craftbukkit 1.2.4 R.1.0

I censored my Sql Database login data, but it worked correctly, because it created allready some files.
